In Oklahoma, unlike many other states that have legalized the use and sale of MMJ, there are no qualifying conditions for getting MMJ. According to SQ 788, which is Oklahoma’s MMJ law, physicians aren’t restricted to giving recommendations to only people with a state-approved illness. Physicians only have to conduct an evaluation and recommend MMJ like any other prescription.
